Bought this machine in 2007 and loved it. Then in 2009 got a "recall" letter. When I contacted them they said my machine was not included in the recall even though the model # was listed (how convenient). Now, 2011 my machine is BROKEN. After reveiwing lots of complaints about the Kenmore Elite and the fact that Sears continutes to sell these HORRIBLE machines, I agree with everyone who would like to plan a class action lawsuit.
