Dear Sir / Madam . I travelled on Emirates flight with my children, EK601, from Karachi to Dubai on the 30 th June of 2011, my seats were from 31 D-G . I regret to inform you there was nothing pleasant or comfortable about my flight . The flight from Karachi was delayed by an hour which we were not aware of until the last moment .
