Received an opened parcel, with no paperwork, dropped of by an unknown person, not a Fedex employee. I notified the call centre and was told to expect a response within one day. Next day the employee is 'busy', someone else listens to my complaint. No response. Asked to speak to a manager. 'Lee' or 'Leigh', the manager, said she will get back me with answers within one hour.Still waiting.
