My wife and I have had to make a very hard choice. File for bankruptcy. In doing so, you have to include ALL of your creditors. With that, we included Easyhome. The papers were sent out over 2 weeks ago and yet Easyhome claims that they never received them while everyone else (even on the east coast) have received them. After talking to them on the phone, they told me they have every right to keep calling, calling my references, harassing us at the door and so on.
