We started facing no signal problem in our Tata Sky from Monday afternoon. We lodged a complaint with Tat sky customer care on Monday with a promose to us that the problem will be fixed in 24 hours. The technician did come to our residence at 3pm on Tuesday. He check the Tata sky, took out all the cables from the dish antenna and then said that the dish has to be shifed a bit upwards to get proper signal for which he wanted a big ladder which was arranged on rent by US immediately.
