I came to get keys cut on July 11th - (3 keys) at Store 302 - Richmond Road. As it turned out - they didn't work - the wrong blank was used. On July 12th I came and had replacements cut - then had to go to customer service to return the others and pay for the difference - the total time for this on July 12 exceeded 40 minutes due to line-ups at Automotive and customer service.
