Elite Residnece is a westerner only apartment complex in Mangaf, Kuwait. It houses companies and individual western families. The management/landlord has no concern for their tenants. I complained two months ago, at the beginning of the summer, about the water being far too hot! Even when turned completely to the cool setting the water still comes out so hot that it stings your skin!
