I ordered the complete set of Sue Thomas FB Eye series believing I was dealing with a company in the USA as a US flag always showed onscreen. However, the DVDs arrived from an address in China, the box is broken in transit, the first DVD plays but is clearly a pirated copy with adverts breaking in, and the sound is out of sync with the mouths. Very poor quality. The second DVD does not play and I have not tried the rest. The company has offered to replace the set but has not sent an address to send it back to.
