pplied for a Capital One card. I was approved and received the card. The card was activated and I had a number of charges. Then without warning, they froze my credit card. When I called them they said that they needed additional information by Canadian Gov't law to ensure that I am who I say I am. Thats fine but the credit card should not have been issued until they received this additional information. The credit card was useless for at least 4 weeks until the information came n the mail.
