On the 9th July I visited the MacDonld's Restaurant in the shopping center at 152nd Street and Highway #10 in Surrey at or near 6:00pm. I arrived at the pick-up window and waited for the staff to package my order of McChicken Meal, Quarter Pounder Meal and Chicken McNugets Meal. When the employee reached accross the gap and put the meal bag in the car window, the bag ripped and the contents spilt out accross my lap, the front seat and the floor.
