Pixel Magic systems introduced the high definition product MB100 (media box). Initial support and feedback was good as the product had some software bugs but in a short space of time thereafter, they became extremely quite. I've personally logged complaints on the forum and sent emails to their HQ - all being ignored. Whilst this company still sells other products, their ethics are shocking as they have taken peoples money and literally are just leaving everyone in the dark.
