I ordered my items in December 2011 and returned the items and emailed photos of the items on the site and the ones that I received, showing them that the two weren't the same. I returned my items in February 2012 and it is now September 2012 and I have yet to receive a refund. When I send them a message, they send an automated message back saying that the refund should be credited in 2-3 billing cycles. I have gotten the USPS on it and Customs. read full review »
