After having a different carpet cleaner try on two occasions to remove a pet odor and stain unsuccessfully, I called Carpet Cleaning Uptown NYC. The technician was here early and made no promises about correcting the problem however; he was very thorough and did a great job. I am pleased to report that the odor is gone and most of the stain also. The whole crew at TMG Oven Repair is superb. Every tech that has come to fix something has been very prompt and fixed the issue immediately, often with parts they had in their truck. The two times (my apt was purchased with old, high end appliances that make sense to continue to fix...) they have had to order new parts, the service is fast and efficient.
