Our Viking Professional Range Oven decided to go on the fritz last night. I called Appliance Repair Staten Island this morning and left a message at 7:30am. I received a call back within 10 minutes, and they were at my home between 10:30am and 11:00 noon as promised (10:45). Both igniters were replaced and within an hour our oven was tip top. They need better customer service for their towing system. I didn't know it would be dark after 5 when they would come to pick up my car. Everything else was ok could have offered me a little more for my car. It's been good just that one accident totaled it. read full review »

These guys are terrific! I've used them twice now and they are cheaper than the huge conglomerate companies, they do our 4th floor apartment (with no elevator) no problem, they're really fast, really nice, and they're pet-friendly. We had two different large companies come by and deny us on the spot because we were up too high and it was too hard for them to clean with their equipment. These guys don't even blink about it. I used Long Distance Movers Corp for about 5 months this year. First they moved me out of my apartment and into storage. I had my things in storage with them for 4 months. Then, I had them move my girlfriend out of her apartment and they moved my stuff from storage into our new place. They were always friendly and fast.
