We had a tough move with 2 flights of stairs and experienced some minor damage to our furniture. These things happen during most big moves but the Vancouver Moving and Storage’s team was very professional and took full responsibility for the accident. We had minor damage to a couple of the hinges for a dresser and they sent over their handy carpenter guy the next morning at 8am to fix things. He not only fixed the hinges but he also tightened up that old dresser to make it better than it was prior to the move. Their movers were great as well.
