We experienced refreshingly genuine customer service here. The ultrasound tech was very accommodating and worked with our limited availability. We got some great pictures the first time around even though our baby was uncooperative. I called them back and asked if I could come in very last minute for another attempt to peak at the baby. They fit me in that day. Again the tech was very nice and thorough; the viewing room is great and it's so great to see our little one on a big TV screen. Staff and moving crew of Moving Era was really great! I had to move two apartments to one 3 bedroom in a high rise and we only had 4 hrs to finish it.
