Showed my ID and got checked in. Had to wait like 10 minutes, and then I got let into the transaction room where I met with manager. He was very to the point but he took the time to answer all my questions and make me feel very comfortable. I trusted him from the moment I first spoke to him on the phone; he is just one of the honest ones. I was paid on the spot, much more then my local jeweler suggested. I locked myself out of my apartment when both of my roommates were out of town. It's such an abysmal feeling, especially when it's cold outside. Evidently everyone in Brooklyn had locked themselves out the same night so I had to wait, but the Burkland Lock & Key arrived in a reassuring good cheer, and gave me a good rate. It took two minutes to open the door. The other locksmiths I called were cold and unavailable, but I am grateful that Burkland Lock & Key could fit me into the busy schedule. Fantastic! I've moved many times but have never had such a great group to work with. I had a local move and my new house has a terrible, winding steep driveway. The truck couldn't get up the driveway so they carried everything up. The guys just dealt with it, smiled and kept asking if there was anything else they could do for me. Washer & Dryer Services just fixed my oven and I am so happy. My oven has been out for over a month and after overpriced quotes for repair I was tempted to buy a new stove. I found Washer & Dryer Services and because of the great reviews I figured I give it 1 last try. I called them. Tech was polite and scheduled my appointment immediately. He came out saw my oven and assessed the problem in 5 minutes. He had the necessary parts and repaired my oven in approx 1/2 hour and charged me under $200. Manager is courteous and attentive and follows through with all of the required paperwork. The drivers are on time and polite and know the city streets.
