Lets not forget a very important thing here...a lot of damage is done by schools as well who keep on paying teacher salaries to agents while these same schools know that certain agents don't pay teachers under contract with that agent! An excuse will follow but still the school pays the agent...the agent doesn't pay the teacher...teacher leaves disillusioned...agent gives the school a replacement teacher...no headache for the school...very good profit for the agent...teacher gets nothing while doing all the work!!!
