Graham Bennetti and his fraud company has been successfully sued via one brick court for defamation and scam play and fraud. Graham Bennetti is a real scam and well known blackmailer here in Hamilton. Hamiltonfranks has been dissolved last March and Graham Bennetti has disappeared. Update on Graham Bennetti also Known as Graham Ashley Thatcher. I can confirm that this unsavoury individual is Bankrupt and has been successfully sued in the high court and judgement was handed down in January. The amount of the punitive damages was 40,000 sterling. He has now moved from the address of 129 Cadzow street Hamilton. He gave his new address to the court as 116 Sutton Rd Wisbech Cambridgshire.
