Has anyone else out there experienced this: Expedia promised me a $75.00 gas card upon making a hotel reservation in October, 2008. Thus far after many inquiries and go-rounds, I still haven't received this gas card. They keep saying someone is "looking into it" but I never receive it. It seems to me that this is not only an unfair practice, but not legal to promise something that you aren't going to deliver. I will not use this company again. read full review »
