To whom it may concern,
My best friend of 40 years consulted Dr Chia on doing an angioplasty as she had difficulty walking. She found Dr Chia to be not just a very experience and knowledgeable doctor, but more importantly, someone who was compassionate, caring and took the time and effort to go through the details with her. She's someone who is usually not comfortable with doctors, but in the case of Dr Chia, it was different, and she really could feel his sense of sincerity.

My mum was warded in Tan Tock Seng Hospital on the week of the 20th January 2014
after suffering a mild heart attack, and also for untreated diabetes. She had a
12cm wound on her right leg that was not treated for a couple of weeks and was
getting worse by the day. Sometime in early February, I was informed by the
doctors at Tan Tock Seng that my mum would need an amputation on her right leg.
