To whom it may concern, My best friend of 40 years consulted Dr Chia on doing an angioplasty as she had difficulty walking. She found Dr Chia to be not just a very experience and knowledgeable doctor, but more importantly, someone who was compassionate, caring and took the time and effort to go through the details with her. My mum was warded in Tan Tock Seng Hospital on the week of the 20th January 2014 after suffering a mild heart attack, and also for untreated diabetes. She had a 12cm wound on her right leg that was not treated for a couple of weeks and was getting worse by the day.
