I booked hotels through expedia last year and discovered that shopper discounts had been taking £10 a month out of my account. I never received any emails from shopper discounts about ANY discounts!!! Luckily, it was only 3 months ago so they only got £30 out of me. I phoned shopper discounts and demanded a total refund as I had not authorized any payments and cancelled my membership.
