When we saw our overhead door reversing the minute we pressed the garage door remote control to close it down, we called this garage door company right away. We suspected a problem with the sensors and indeed the technician had to fix one of the wires and align them. We loved his immediate response and also loved that he inspected the whole mechanism thoroughly. read full review »
