After researching the quality of hair through Pinterest. I ordered product and it took 2 months due to being held up ??? I then received them and had them installed and once washed they where very unmanageable. Tangles were horrible and when I wrote to the company they offered me 50% off on next order. I then responded that I would not put another dime into something I purchased that was not what it said it was. Never offered me a new set so we can just see if it was a bad batch of hair.
