i have purchased the gorgeous hair straightner from a salon in Durban called salon cleo on the 30th April 2009, i tried returning it back on the 02nd may 2009 but the owner refuses to give me a refund or exchange nad she says she is not allowed to return it. i cannot use the straightner because it is defective and i tried calling her but she does not want to take my calls. please help me with regards to this matter as i am realy upset and i realy need a refund or exchange for a ghd. thanks & regards, taslema ismail 073 829 3834 read full review »
