Last October the nhKrystalresort and I agreed to transfer my timeshare in Florida for their timeshare in Cancun. I returned to the resort within the 5 days and wrote a note stating that I was not in the market to purchase, but I would transfer at no cost to me. I got billed through Bank of America for just under $18, 000 and never was sent the $19, 800 from nhKrystal for my timeshare.
