DO NOT USE 999inks.. I placed an order in January, and 10 days later am still waiting for the goods to be delivered. Numerous phone calls and e mails and am still waiting for a response. Managed to get through on one phone call to be told they had had a technical error and was going to post it first class (that was 7 days ago). Engineers don't know the products, unable to repair or find the fault. Arrive with incorrect tools for the job. Do not carry the full set of required tools. Leave the appliance with hinges half tight and job incomplete. Do not trust DOLPHIN ENGINEERS They are incompetent and will not repair your appliance, although the engineer will inform you that the job is complete. Beware Cowboy Engineers. read full review »

Amana Fridge freezers, highly inflated prices for substandard appliances. They have more breakdown calls. Their engineers don't appear to know the product, they ar unable find the faults. Poor standard product backed with poor standard of repair team. Avoid Amana products, these products are not worth the price tag. A cheaper option will save you a lot of hassle. We ordered Roman blinds. When the order arrived, some two blinds had the beading missing. Few blind had the wrong colour backing. One blind had beading thread comomg away from the fabric. this was all very poor quality workmanship. Obviously no quality control checks are carried out. We had return these to their head office. By then we were told this fabric is now discontinued and offered us £50 comensation. We could not beleive this.
