I bought my computer 3 years ago and have had nothing but trouble with it. First of all I was told I'd get double the memory at no extra charge, this should have been my clue that something was not right. When I called them on it they told me that they gave me a better quality of memory and that it equaled or was better than the double memory I should have gotten.
