I got so frustrated with CitiBank I closed my account. They are simply not worth the frustration. They may have won the battle but they lost the war... I took my business elsewhere. I can fully understand why they are in so much financial trouble. So, if you're having problems with them, just close your account and go somewhere else! read full review »
