I called Maytag Warranty for repair of my washer. Was not given a claim number and was told I will be notified. I waited over a day for a call. I called Maytag back again and was told to make my own service call. I called the company I was told to call and they said it would be over a week before a service person could be here. I have a house full of kids and being out of a washer for over a week is unsat. I had a problem a couple months ago with the washer and called and had service the next day.
