Dishwasher was purchased in November 2008. In early March 2009, the motor began going out. Samsung required us to go through their service provider. Provider has failed to order part and repair despite almost 4 weeks passing. Samsung will not allow us to go through reputable provider because of the order made by the flaky appliance repair person.
