After speaking to a consultant a mobile phone was sent to my house while I was not around, but my sister recieved it on y behalf. On my arrival home I realised that the phone is not what I though it was, i.e it did have all the functions I expected. I then phoned 086 144 7766 twice on separate days and requested them to cancel the contract (Order Ref no: CC-722439).
