I've been reading many of these reviews, and I will never purchase a Whirlpool appliance ever again! I just had a repair done on my Whirlpool dishwasher by A&E Factory Service here in Washington State. I called Whirlpool regarding a part (the wash motor assembly) that recently was recalled, but apparently our dishwasher wasn't covered under their recall.
