I had a 24v cordless for 2 years. This spring the battery was dead, my fault did not do as instructed. Could not get a new battery. Our canadian tire store employee very graciously exchanged the mower for the new model with a complete refund of the old price. Great service and now the mower works great. Great experiance!!!
