In the fine print on their contract they do say that this will not work for everyone. When it does not work it can leave you in worse shape than when you started treatment, and I am one of those people. Not one phone call has been returned and the only thing that they have done is re-send the contract by mail. Dr. MacKenzie and his staff just simply ignore your complaints, and yet they consider themselves health professionals. If anyone is considering a class action suit I would gladly join in.
