I used an HSBC credit card for some of my business expenses. I have a FICO score of 807 and I never missed or was late on a payment. I did pay my balance every month and never paid a finance charge. I discovered that a vendor had double billed my HSBC card for equipment I purchased. The billing appeared in two consecutive months. I contacted the vendor, they acknowledged the error and promised to call back. When they hadn't called after 3 days I reported this by letter to HSBC and asked for their help resolving this.
