7 Picton Street is a luxury highrise condominium. As president of the Board of Directors, I can state that we have attempted to get Bell Expressview to upgrade their existing service in the building to H.D. We have attempted this for at least 3 years. Bell made a half hearted attempt 3 years ago by installing wiring in our garbage chute (!). In addition to disabling some areas of the chute (and being contrary to City Bylaws) it didn't work. We had to have it removed.
