I too received notification of winning 700, 000 lbs from this lottery and have never entered the lottery.I see where they said they put so many email addresses in a pool and picked winners from that pool. I believe it to be a way of getting your bank info as you must either give them that info up front or pay to have the money delivered by courier in which case they would have my money and I would get nothing.
