On the 16th., April, 2009, an amount of R156, 000 was deposited into my private savings account with the Barberton, (Mpumalanga, ) branch of First National Bank. The following day FNB had allowed R40, 000 to be withdrawn without my approval or even notifying me of the reasons why. Despite repeated attempts on my part to find out where the R40, 000 went and why I should suffer this loss as a client if theft, or incompetence caused this loss I have not had a satisfactory answer.
