I live in Toronto Canada, and I too am unable to get Real Arcade to cancel my membership. I spoke to customer service, they went through all the required info, account number etc, ., assured me that it would be canceled, and yet - my VISA is still being billed every month. I've found dozens of groups and websites filled with such complaints. Anyone know any more? I will contact my credit card company and instruct them not to allow the payment. Robin read full review »
