My neighbor downloaded this software in the hopes of speeding her computer up. Now, it takes over 5 minutes to see the desktop and nothing works. You never realize how often you use the internet until you no longer can use it! The computer does not recognize it's own IP address and therefore, it cannot connect to the worldwide web.
