This moving company was friendly and pushed to get me to book them with a "Book with us now and we'll give you a special rate". I had asked for email confirmation of the arrangements quote and receipt when I gave them my m/c number, but did not get it, Then I asked again and Mel told me he sent it but he would send it again. I never got it, they already had the deposit. They promised me they would travel up to Fort McMurray, be there at 11:00 am to load and unload in Spruce Grove and be done by 8:30 pm.
