I bought Norton 360 2.0 in March of this year. I installed the software, registered it with Symantec, and it was working and doing its job just fine. I had received several updates to the software (as expected for virus recognition, etc). Last month I received an email from Symantec offering a "free upgrade" to Norton 360 3.0.
