My account gets suspended every week because the February amount does not reflect on their side. To get the account re-installed I get charged R50. Every week I spend atleast R30 on phone calls trying in vain to sort this matter. I have faxed a dozen times the proof of payment but no one ever calls back- but the Customer Care personel always promise that someone will call within 24 hours.
