I bought my mini from Clearwater end Aug 2008. The car was fien until October when the eml light showed up in yello. I called BMW on Call - tehy said i should continue driving the car until it broke down. I waited till Monday and booked it in to Clearwater. Their hand written report showed that it was bad quality fuel. I then asked them if they had at least done the service on the car - they said that it was only due in April 09.
