I wish I had read this board before registering for a FREE credit report! Fortunately I noticed a charge for $12, 95 on my credit card. I called and they immediately cancelled and refunded my money. However, I noticed that a charge arrived the next month! (In fairness I suspect my cancellation was after their billing date) I called again, and this time had to speak to a supervisor who confirmed my account had been cancelled and that I had been billed twice and credited once--she has promised to refund this second amount.
