The door to my mom's home couldn't open from either the inside or outside and Locksmith Simi Valley came to the rescue. My mom is 91 y.o. and is blind. Although it may have waited until morning, I was concerned that if there was an emergency, my mom couldn't get out. Locksmith Simi Valley guy came to my mom's home at 10:30 pm (about 20 min after I called) and was able to remove the defective lock and replace it. read full review »
