Basically I prepaid Expedia.com for hotel reservation of 13 nights but only stayed 8 nights due to unforseen circumstance. I requested to get refund for the 5 nights that I didn't stay, but been refused. It's a rip off policy that they are practicing...talking about unfair business practice. I've been spending way too time talking to them over the phone with various managers and customer service agents but couldn't get anywhere. It's over $1000 that they are ripping me off here...Somebody/someone has to do something about this as there are way too many people are getting ripped off by this company, Expedia.com. read full review »
