I haven't used Norton anti-virus for years but today found out that they have docked £39.99 from my Visa account. On checking found they had done this last year as well. I've informed Visa and rhe chap on the phone told me that Norton complaints were up to the roof! Trying to contact Norton is a nightmare - if I was being uncharitable I would think that they are deliberately trying to obfuscate their with endless holds, abandoned telephone numbers and seeming impossibility to find an e-mail address to contact them. read full review »
