I called last week because of a broken pipe that was connected to my outside spigot. No water could flow to the outside of the house for my hose. I talked to someone named Don i believe. I told him that he could send someone over either in the next 2 hours (as i had to go out) or on the following thursday or froday. He said they had someone a few blocks away and they would be over in 30 minutes. That's all he said.
